Craig Alexander Day
Whew, Craig Alexander day has come and gone and what a whirlwind it was. We had a incredibly great interview with Craig at Runner’s High in the afternoon. We covered a variety of topics including rrefelctions on Hawaii 2008, preictions for 2009, and lots of coaching tips for all of us age-groupers.
Later that night we attended the formal presentation next door at the Metropolis ballroom hosted by NBC’s Mike Ademle. Craig and Mike took the stage and talked all about Kona, training, the past, and the future.
Overall it was an incredible day. Craig is a great guy who was as nice and down to Earth as any other age-grouper in at a post race party.
Look for several episodes featuring the hours of content we acquired yesterday coming over the next month. Until then, keep tri’n.

TAG Makes the top 100
We discovered some great news today as we were reviewing all the work we did over the weekend with the big site makeover: TAG has offically broken into the top 100 of its catergory in iTunes! TAG is offically listed under Sports & Recreation > Amateur. As of today we are listed as the 8th most popular in our Amateur catergory (2nd in the “Featured” section) and 97th overall in the bigger and broader Sports & Recreation catergory (when filtered by audio podcasts only)!
We’ve come a long way since August of 2007 when we aired our first, lame, episode titled “Episode 1 - The Pilot” where we actually talked about drug abuse in baseball most of the show. This is just another step along the way, thanks to you the listeners
